Service Description

Disagreement is inevitable in every relationship. Whether we are disagreeing about what Netflix show to watch or our annual vacation destination, decision-making and conflict often go hand-in-hand. There is very little research focusing on teaching children to successfully communicate. If there is little research about it, I’d gather that children are not being taught many of these skills at home (and anecdotal evidence supports that conclusion). If children are not being taught the skills, they group up with trial-and-error being their teacher. This type of "training" means they may not have the skills they need for successful decision-making and conflict negotiation. This presentation equips audience members with research and Biblical skills in: · Successful decision-making steps · Navigating conflict through resolution · Managing decision making when conflict creeps in
